|For Linda -
As a client of Linda Swanson, I can confidently say that Linda Swanson (ADHD Coach) offers her clients a space in which they can comfortably explore their challenges and struggles. Linda's compassion and calm presence allows her clients a place to feel completely free to explore what is getting in the way of achieving their goals. Linda's success as a coach stems from her ability not only to create a safe space for her clients to explore their struggles, but also she partners with her clients to investigate possible strategies to put into place. It is this skillset as a coach that helps her clients move forward into the direction of their goals. Beyond her coaching presence, Linda is a wealth of knowledge; she delicately offers her wisdom as well as suggested support materials to her clients. I can speak from experience and attest to the fact that everything Linda has shared with me, from her specific knowlege about ADHD to the books and resources she has introduced me to, have all been greatly helpful during my coaching experience with Linda. Thank you Linda!

For Neil -
I have worked with Neil since early in 2012 and have learned much about myself. He is practical, insightful, caring and funny. He has a way of cutting through the "stuff" I talk about to the essence of what's important. He encourages me to look at things from different viewpoints that result in my realizing I can make different choices. I highly recommend Neil if you want to move forward in your life.
Before becoming a client with Neil, I looked at my ADD as a weakness. Coaching has allowed me to see myself in a new light. This new light allows me to focus on my innate strengths and abilities, as I move forward with a stronger sense of self. The impact and understanding of my life that I have gained from working with Neil has been invaluable.

For Linda and Neil -
I first 'met' both Linda and Neil as we continued our journey in training as ADHD coaches. It was apparent from the offset, even in a class of 25+ students, that they both had something very, very special about them and as our training progressed this became more and more clear. If I had to come up with a single word to describe Linda and Neil it would be...INSIGHTFUL...but then I would be missing out on the opportunity of describing them as compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, empathetic, committed, inspirational, practical, warm, authentic...and the list could go on and on, but I guess it voids the single word description ; )
All of these words only begin to reveal who both Linda and Neil are - not just as ADHD coaches - but in their very hearts and souls. There can be no doubt that they have always been on a journey to become ADHD coaches - as this is something that has been calling to them for longer than they have realised!
My message to anyone reading about Linda and Neil on their Free to Be Coaching website is that I truly believe you have been guided here to a very special couple and please, please, please gift yourself this wonderful opportunity to connect with one of them and further explore how they can support you in your own journey towards celebrating a life touched by ADHD.
Wishing each and every one of you a truly insightful, collaborative and inspiring journey together. To endless possibilities.
